A day-retreat with Cassandra Ogier of The Reflective Horse and Mar Harrsen, held within the grounded presence of horses and nature at ‘Awa’y Malibu, a holistic, regenerative ranch.

Mar and Cassandra will share embodiment practices to awaken felt sense, embody self regulation, and attune to inner truth; through integrative somatic practices, craniosacral therapy, running creek meditation and connection with the heart of the horse.

During our day we allow time to slow down, to become still and refreshed, accessing the innate intelligence of the body and the deeper forces that sustain us.
