$40.00
This is a virtual class on Zoom.
Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2026
Time: 9 - 10am PST
This class is for parents who want to support their baby’s comfort and regulation through gentle touch and presence. Class size is 8 infants.
Inspired by a craniosacral approach, this class offers a quiet introduction to listening to an infant’s body and nervous system. Rather than focusing on fixing form, we explore how babies express their needs through movement, breath, settling, and tone and how parents can respond in simple, supportive ways. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on approach where we listen to the body’s natural rhythms and help the body remember its own health. Instead of forcing a correction, we support the body so it can reorganize and self-heal.
Parents will learn how experiences such as birth, growth, and daily transitions can influence an infant’s sense of ease, and how slowing down and offering calm contact may support settling and organization. Through simple explanations, gentle demonstrations of craniosacral holds, and guided practice, parents are invited to notice their baby’s cues, follow their baby’s lead, and offer touch that supports comfort and connection at home.
The emphasis of the class is on trust, presence, and relationship - supporting the infant’s wellbeing while also strengthening parental confidence and bonding. Mothers, fathers and caregivers are welcome.

How the class is held
This is a calm, small-group class with time to observe, practice, and ask questions. Babies are welcome to be babies. Feeding, sleeping, crying, and moving are all part of our class. You’ll be guided slowly, with space to:
watch your baby’s responses
trust your own perception
rest when needed
