1-1 remote session overview:
A remote or distance session on Zoom is an effective way to experience the benefits of calm settling, deep listening and healing transformation when you and the practitioner are geographically at a distance. The structure is identical to an in-person visit. The session begins meeting on a Zoom call that includes supportive listening and reflective dialogue. Next you are asked to lay in the comfort of your home and relax with closed eyes. The session itself is in silence so we move into audio only or if you prefer disconnect from technology. During this portion of the session we connect in a deep meditative consciousness to facilitate healing through the Universal, quantum field, moving beyond the perceived limitations of time or space. When this portion is complete we have a closing dialogue. Margaret has been providing distance sessions with clients globally for 10+ years and developed techniques that make her sessions as potent at a distance as they are in-person.
For highly sensitive people, multiple Craniosacral Therapy sessions are important because they are gentle, progressive and allow time for integration and reorganization of your system. In early sessions, your body begins to settle, stress patterns soften and overwhelm begins to lighten. These repeated sessions lay the foundation for deeper changes and reinforce the new state until it becomes familiar. A slow pacing of consistent sessions is essential as patterns form in layers. These layers are adaptive. Releasing one layer often reveals the next. Multiple sessions let the body unwind in a safe, paced sequence. As your system feels safer, it allows: deeper releases, emotional regulation and nervous system resets. Multiple sessions allow this integration cycle to repeat and build. Margaret Harrsen is a spiritual healer and teacher. Her work integrates the disciplines of spiritual healing and craniosacral therapy. THE PEARL™ combines her lifelong experience of being a highly sensitive person with her decades of practice and study in spiritual healing, craniosacral therapy and meditation.
Mar lives and works in Ojai, California. The heart of her work is her private healing practice where she supports highly sensitive adults and children both in-person and remote globally. She leads classes and retreats and is a faculty member at Esalen Institute, a non-profit holistic educational center in Big Sur, California where she facilitates biannual retreats on natural healing.
